I think the book I have goes back about 2yrs. but way way cheaper. Its been yeas and i still use the program. There certainly are cheaper, yet just as effective programs out there like Nutrisystem or Diet to Go, where all your meals are provided. They then started hawking products such as pills, potions, cookies, bars, etc. How did you do that I to lost a whole lot of money. I would be interested in knowing more about your success, and perhaps integrate it into what we will be doing. When purchased in bulk the cost of the bars is not insignificant. I was consistent in weighing in, preparing my meals, and exercising every day. If anyone can help me out with this I would appreciate it.
